"I was in quite a pinch with my old car's transmission clearly failing and a road trip with my dog to the East Coast for the holidays coming up in a couple of weeks. There was a used car in my price range that I saw had just popped up on Legends website and when I called them, they said it had just been traded in and hadn't gone through inspection yet but that I was welcome to come up and take a look. When I got there our salesperson was extremely helpful in showing me the car and letting me drive it around the lot with him. Then he gave me plenty of alone time to check it out thoroughly. After expressing interest in the vehicle he then had me work with the sales manager who helped push the car to the top of their inspection list so that I could purchase it as soon as possible pending a full test-drive. They had the car ready in 4 days and when I saw it again, I couldn't believe how clean it was compared to when I saw it right after it got traded in. They did an incredible job detailing it and addressing many of the original issues. The sales manager was very thorough and informative during the purchase and gave me fair value for my junker as a trade-in. I'm leaving in a few days for the east coast and I'm excited to drive the car I got from Legends Honda. They may have cleaned it up too well because now I don't really want my dog in the car!"

This was kind of a nice surprise and made us feel like a valued customer. Our product specialist was very professional and respectful of the request we made during this visit. "A few days ago, my wife accidentally bumped the driver-side mirror on our 2025 Honda Pilot Black Edition while backing out of our garage... On my way home, I called Legends Honda, which is where we purchased the vehicle. The parts department at Legends Honda listened carefully, reviewed the photos I sent, and agreed that only the mirror cap was needed. They worked with their manager and sold me the cap for $56, which was only a few dollars more than buying it online -- and without shipping costs. When I went to pick up the cap, I told the parts employee that I was completely comfortable installing it myself. Instead of just sending me on my way, he insisted that I stop by service before leaving, explaining that a technician might be willing to take care of it for me at no charge. He was absolutely right. The service manager and a technician came out, took a quick look, confirmed everything was fine, brought the vehicle back, reinstalled the mirror cap and glass properly, and didn't charge me a dime. Bottom line: Legends Honda resolved the issue completely for $56, with honesty, professionalism, and proactive customer service. Between our original purchase experience and now both parts and service, Legends Honda has been outstanding across the board."
"Hands down, the easiest and most convenient vehicle purchasing process I have had. I purchased from out of state, and the entire process was as seamless as could be even with that consideration in mind. I was able to get all of my questions answered ahead of time in working with our salesperson, and he was able to get the vehicle reserved, as well as additional information sent my way prior to me making the trip down. The staff even went ahead and fully detailed the truck for me prior to arrival. Full on detail, too. That alone was impressive. I was greeted by and worked with another product specialist when I arrived, and he did an excellent job in answering all the final questions I had. When it came time to finalize paperwork, financing, trade in, and all necessary documentation, everything was handled in a timely manner. I cannot recommend the team here enough to anyone looking for a vehicle. Zero pressure, friendly staff, and insanely considerate of your vehicle needs/wants/budget. While I don't anticipate needing a new vehicle for a while, I will gladly make the three-hour drive back when that day comes to work with these folks again."
"Bought my car many years ago at Legends and had a good experience. I am always very happy with getting service done at Legends. It's super easy and I never feel like I am being upsold, however service recommendations are provided during the appointment, and I love the status report I get about my car at the end. My service advisor has been my service advisor my past couple trips and he does a really good job getting me in and out as quick as possible. I will keep coming back and recommending as long as this experience is consistent!!"
